While I NEVER use it directly in making my artworks, I am not strictly against AI in art; as cancelled as this is going to get me, I believe the philosophical argument extends a lot further than "AI steals and doesn't create and we do". Are our minds also similar to that of AI, taking in complex artwork we see online and making something out of it? What about using AI not directly in creation, but rather in guiding drawings (e.g. advising on shading)? I'm happy to discuss it with you.BUT since this is such a hot topic, I ask that no matter if you are an "AI art DNI" person or a techie bro person, PLEASE RESPECT EACH OTHER'S OPINIONS! If someone doesn't want AI to touch their art, then leave it be, and don't start screaming matches on my accounts!
